The Mentorship Program aims to assist students in obtaining scholarships. This program is divided into two phases. The first phase involves teaching students important skills such as passing internationally recognized tests, formal communication, and college applications. The second phase is to connect these students with international mentors. Through the Mentorship Program, many students have successfully secured fully-funded scholarships in various countries, including the USA.

The Girls College is currently planning to expand its mentorship program in the future.
